Data deletion

runevr is operated by DigiStep Animation Studio LLC (Republic of Armenia). This page explains how to ask us to delete your data. For what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Delete your runevr account and data

Email privacy@runevr.com from the email address of your runevr account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete your account and the personal data linked to it within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing records held by our payment processor).

2. Disconnect WhatsApp

If you connected a WhatsApp Business account to runevr, you can remove runevr's access at any time in your Meta business settings (Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps, or the equivalent page in WhatsApp Manager). Once removed, runevr no longer receives or sends messages for that account. To also delete the messages and orders already stored in runevr, email privacy@runevr.com and we delete them within 30 days.

3. Disconnect Telegram

In Telegram, open Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots (also called Chat Automation) and remove the runevr bot. runevr then stops receiving your messages. To delete what is already stored, email privacy@runevr.com.

4. If you message a business that uses runevr

If you are a client of a business that connected its WhatsApp or Telegram account to runevr, that business decides how your messages are used, so please contact it first. You can also write to privacy@runevr.com with the business's name and your phone number or username, and we will help — including deleting your data where the law requires it.
