Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work at runevr.

We want you to be happy with runevr. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
1. Free plan
runevr offers a free plan so you can try the product before paying. We recommend starting there to make sure runevr fits your team's workflow before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Subscriptions & renewals
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- The price shown at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that period.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the billing portal provided by Paddle. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You won't be charged again after cancellation.
- We don't automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of the current period unless required by law or stated below.
4. Refunds
If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted, for example, when:
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from using a paid feature and we couldn't resolve it.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your country.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at support@runevr.com with your account email and the reason for your request, or use the "Billing" / "Help" link in your Paddle receipt. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you can also request support directly through Paddle using the details on your invoice or card statement.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, that right applies in addition to this policy.
7. Changes to this policy
Pricing and plans are still being finalized, and we may update this Refund Policy as the product matures. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
